Coaching the North Kingstown High School’s Girls Cross Country Team to 6 state championships from 1999-2006.
What’s the most difficult training workout you have accomplished?
26.2 mile training run on the Boston course in icy rain and slush.
What’s your alternative training activity to running?
Hauling, cutting, splitting, and stacking firewood.
Tell us something unique about yourself that would surprise most of us.
I run like a duck, I can juggle, and I can solve the Rubix Cube – not all at the same time.
When you’re not running, what do you like to do?
Napping! I also enjoy fishing and spending time with my family.
If you could run anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I don’t like to leave North Kingstown, but if forced to travel- Eugene, Oregon.
